Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman of wisdom and energy. She is an author and health expert, talk show host and producer. Also, a dancer and director. Model and comedienne. And most importantly a wife and mother! Perpetual Motion is how the name of her show is well-known to many people. Marilu's lifestyle has been an example of her healthy attitude. She believes that with the right health you can accomplish it all. However, it wasn't always that like that. As in her teens, her weight rose significantly. She was always feeling sick as she was emotional about eating. Following the deaths of both parents, in the midst of 50-her father due to cardiac arrest as well as her mother from arthritis issues-she decided to manage her health.
