Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue E. Taylor is an American producer and actor, is well-known for her role in the film Ray Undercover Brother as well as appearing in The Mentalist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in African-American Studies from Brown University as well as an MFA in Acting from the Tisch School of the Arts New York University. Aunjanue L. Ellis is an American actress and producer who is involved in the world of film as well as television. Her stage debut was in the year 2000 and went onto appear in independent, mainstream as well as television shows. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. After that, she was able to make appearances on BET's acclaimed show The Book of Negroes. She began her career as an actor in the year 1995, when she appeared as Ariel as Ariel in The Tempest. She has performed on Broadway as a part of Come and Gone, A Winter's Tale, Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. The most recognizable part of her career is her work in Men of Honor and the Caveman's Valentine The Express & The Help. For her work on television she's received praise for her performance as the regular character in ABC's cop drama High Incident.
