Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who played various characters on television, in movies as well as the stage. She was awarded numerous awards like the Daytime Emmy Award. Her first recognition came from playing twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love on the soap opera Another World (1987-1991) winning the Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s, she began to rise to prominence with the roles she played in the crime-drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the horror film I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney June. 6 in 1953) is an American film actress. She was best known as Lieutenant Sheba in the tv series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). Her mother is actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. The professional life of Lockhart began young. The first time she appeared on screen was aged four, when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. The film, which was a short one subject, was selected for the academy award. The mother and daughter spent much of their time while filming, gaining knowledge about the industry. Lockhart was even a part of several seasons of Lassie. The first film she appeared in was Dora in Jory in 1972. The Sixth Sense was a TV show that ran from 1972. When she was 18, she played Joan Crawford, Joan's daughter. Joan Crawford's last role as an actor. Anne declined the role of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's Halloween, in 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later was the actor. Carpenter stated it was Anne's first choice for the part, however she turned down the role. Anne claims that she doesn't remember being approached or even offered the role in any way by John Carpenter. It is possible that one of her representatives turned down the part on her behalf, without notifying her. Glen Larson initially selected her to play Battlestar Galactica in 1978. He wrote a rough script. She originally rejected the position due to the fact that she thought that the character wasn't strong enough. Glen then wrote a script for her that featured an extremely strong character named Sheba. She was able to accept the Living Legend's script after she read the first 25 pages. It lasted for one season. Co-starring in Joyride with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
